The Serapis Bey can offer purification of thought and feeling, clarity and new beginnings. This quintessence may tune us into the energy of the stars, an understanding of ancient cultures and is reputed to hold the ‘keys’ to the mineral kingdom. Therefore it is particularly well suited for work with crystals, in fact all crystals because it too reflects all of the colours just as all colours can be found in the different crystals. The clear or white light can be refracted to form a rainbow of coloured light.

Keynote: Purification and New Beginnings

Crystals and Gems: Quartz, Opal

Essential Oils: Frankincense, Bay, Orange, Sweet Pea

Pomander Association: Original White

Aligns with: Equilibrium Bottle B54, Clear / Clear

HOW TO USE QUINTESSENCE FOR MEDITATION AND PRAYER

For the most powerful and positive impact on your aura, use a Quintessence daily and follow the sequence outlined below to encourage being present.

  1. Apply three drops on the left wrist and gently rub wrists together
  2. Extend the arms above the head
  3. Gently bring the hands in, and cross the wrists above the crown
  4. Continue to open and close the arms in this manner, as you come down and cross over each of the energy centres
  5. Stop and rest over the heart chakra for a few minutes
  6. Continue down, giving energy to the earth
  7. Spinning the hands in a backwards spiral, bring the hands all the way up the front of the body and above the head
  8. To close the sequence, bring the palms together at the forehead and deeply inhale the Quintessence three times into the body.
